Matt Episcopo's Letter Game Welcome

Congratulations on your purchase of the Letter Game, you made a great choice!

The signs are laminated with a matte finish so they do not shine in the light, and made with black letters on yellow backing and look fantastic on stage. They are easily viewable to an audience of over 1000.

(I am respectfully asking you not to make copies for others. This is very easy to copy but you made the decision to buy this from me and have quality cards and a quality bit of entertainment that look and play professionally.  If someone you know wants a copy please direct them to me and they can purchase a set of their own. THANK YOU !!!!!)

This is an entertaining bit that truly packs flat and plays huge. I can tell you that without a doubt this routine has made me countless thousands of dollars and a multitude of bookings. I’m sure you’ll soon wonder how you ever did a show without it.

I have used this myself at birthday parties for youth and adults, school assembly shows, library shows, weddings, college shows, corporate shows, fairs and festivals, as an emcee bit, summer camps as well as in my training and speaking business.

I created a webpage that you can go to MattEpiscopo.com/lettergameinstructions and see the training videos. There, I offer nuances and inside tips that make the Letter Game a huge success every time!!!

The game is very simple and fun to play. The idea is that you choose eight people from the audience and have them come up on stage with you.

Each person is given a letter card to hold.
From left to right the letters are S – T – P – O (Team 1) S – T – P – O (Team 2)

Have fun and go down the line and ask each person their name and where they’re from, encourage the audience to clap and get involved.

Once you have everyone lined up and properly introduced, you can even ask them to make up a team name if you would like and choose a team captain to make it more fun.

To have even more audience participation you can ask someone to be the official scorekeeper for the game.

Now you give the following instructions: “I am going to call out a word, the first team to spell the word correctly gets a point. There is no right or wrong way to do it. You can pass the letters around or you can hold onto letters and move your body. The audience will be the judges to say who got the word spelled correctly first and award the point”.

This is key, because now you have everybody involved!!! I have provided a card for you to read the words from. As you will see in the training video, I call out the word and I spell it. I ask the audience, “Who do you think got it right first?” You will see there are great opportunities to ad-lib and add comedy. The kicker ending is the word “dots”. The audience will begin yelling to the person holding the letter P to turn it upside down. This creates a lot of excitement and makes for a great ending.

I hope you enjoy the Letter Game as much as I do 🙂

All My Best… Matt

Royalty Free Music

Music set at a low volume as background music really adds to the fun.

I like to use “surf music” as background music for the Letter Game.

I like this style of music for the letter game because there are no lyrics, it’s high energy and keeps things moving along.

I have provided a link for you by clicking on the button below for royalty-free surf music, that you can use with the Letter Game.

You may have to loop this track or customize the track to make it longer because it is only two minutes long.

Have fun 🙂
